Apply to register an established channel
Prepare an active channel, eligible supporters, and a CService web application for X.
Channel registration is intended to stabilise an established, active channel. It is not an instant way to reserve a new channel name.
Before applying

Check the channel:
/msg X CHANINFO #channel -
Build genuine activity and a stable community.

Ensure you and your supporters have eligible Undernet usernames.

Read the current CService registration policy.
The current process asks for five eligible supporters. Eligibility and timing rules may change, so the application page is authoritative.
Submit and track the application
Log in to the CService website and choose the channel-registration workflow. Supporters can confirm through the website or, when instructed:
/msg X SUPPORT #channel YES
Applications are reviewed rather than automatically approved. Keep the channel active, respond honestly, and use #cservice if the published process is unclear.
